1. Who we are

This policy explains how Cosmetic Procedures Clinic (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cosmeticproceduresclinic.com (the “Site”), contact us, or request a consultation. It applies to the Site only. Once you become a patient, our separate Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and protect your health information under HIPAA. You can request a copy at the office.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and consultation forms: your name, phone number, email address, the procedures you’re interested in, and your message.
  • Photos: you may choose to upload photos of the areas you want treated so we can prepare for your consultation. Uploading photos is optional.
  • Booking: if you schedule through our online booking provider (Setmore), the details you enter there, such as your name, contact information, and appointment time.
  • Financing: if you apply for financing through a third party such as Cherry or CareCredit, you apply directly on their website, and their privacy policy applies. We do not receive your full application or credit information.
  • Calls, texts, and messages: information you share when you call, text, or message us, including through social media or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule and prepare for consultations.
  • To review photos you send so we can discuss whether a procedure may be appropriate. Photos do not replace an in-person evaluation.
  • To send appointment reminders and follow-up communications you’ve asked for.
  • To run, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to people who may be interested (see Section 4).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use photos you send us in marketing, before-and-after galleries, or social media without your separate written authorization.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools from these providers:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager / Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand Site traffic and measure ad results (for example, whether a visitor booked a consultation).
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit, the buttons you click, and your device identifiers, and the providers may combine it with other information they hold.

Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, adjust Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also learn more at https://optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

5. How we share information

We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Site and our practice, such as website hosting (10Web), email (Google), online scheduling (Setmore), and analytics or advertising providers as described above. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • With financing companies, only if you choose to apply with them.
  • When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the practice.

6. Health information and email

Information you submit through the Site, by email, or by text before you become a patient may not be fully secure while it is transmitted. Please don’t send sensitive medical details through the website form; share them at your consultation instead. Once you’re a patient, we protect your health information as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including Texas medical-records retention rules for patients. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no website or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted through the Site, or to stop sending you marketing messages. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Patients have additional rights under HIPAA, described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Procedures for minors are not offered through this Site.
